Who Am I?
My name is Cornisha Y. Cunningham, MSW, QMHP. As a current Doctoral student and psychotherapist, my passion lies in advocating for the needs of vulnerable populations and creating positive change in their lives. I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and communities navigate difficult challenges and find the resources they need to thrive. With experience in both clinical and community settings, I have developed a unique perspective on the complexities of social issues and the importance of addressing them from a holistic approach. My approach to social work is rooted in empathy, compassion, and respect for each person's individuality and life experiences. I strive to empower my community to become agents of their own change and work collaboratively to develop practical solutions that best fit their needs. Through my work, I am committed to promoting social justice and equality, and I believe that everyone deserves to live a life of dignity and purpose.
